Questions
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number and forward calls to your receptionist, either all the time, after hours, or only when you don't pick up.
Will customers know it's AI?
It sounds natural and answers as your business. If someone asks, it says it's an AI assistant and offers to have you call back.
I don't use Google Calendar.
It still takes every job's details and texts them to you, so you can confirm the time yourself.
Does it quote prices?
Only what you tell it to. By default it says a technician will give an upfront quote on-site.
How do I cancel?
